You can remove the sacs from a male plant, though I'm not sure how you go about applying the pollen to a female.

Easiest way I found without pollen getting everywhere is cover the males pods with a baggy until some pollen falls, use a clean artists paint brush to paint it on the buds you want to seed. A lot cleaner and much less of a chance of pollen getting on buds that you did not intend.

Wow, I'm not so sure I could be bold enough to try and selectively pollenate specific buds, but that sounds like a fine method. Thanks for the info.
