Harvest Question

so i have already completely read through the whole FAQ section so i hope i can get some responses other than "read the FAQ". so i just cut down my plants about 2 weeks ago and i have a few qeustions...

1. about how long does it take for the nug to stop smelling like grass and start smelling dank. it's weird, it smells really good when you break up the nug but not the jar. i hung the plant upside down in a cool room for 2 days, then began curing in mason jars, opening it for about an hour every few hours. also there is also a bunch of seeds. which leeds me to my next question...

2. what causes seeds other than it being a hermi or a male? i could not see any seeds during veg/flower but now there's a bunch.

someone please help. this is my first harvest . thank you very much

you need to let it hang until the stem snaps....2 days surely isnt enough for that.

Take them out of the curing jars and place in a brown paper bag for a few days. Gently shake the bag to get the buds moved around.

After 2-3 days, put them in curing jars burping twice a day for a week, once a day for the 2nd week and once every other day for the 3rd week. Let them sit for the 4th week before opening again.

They should be done or close to being done. Smell takes a good month to go away.

Drying it for 2 days is not long enough. Try like 7 days and then put in the jars. After its in the jars for a while it will start smelling good.

Always have to keep your eyes on your girls even when they are budding cause they can go hermie at any time at least that has been my experience,,, can make lots of seeds.....
