harvest problem here, look for help

Hello, every one

I'm a outdoor marijuana grower for first time .the climate of location I growing at is in China as well as same weather in somewhere of Austra, I found a terrible problem here. my plants start buding trichoms from earlier September, I checked on it with a magnifier once a week, it till Nov. 20 when I harvested my buds ,The Trichs still look clear, there maybe 10% of it were milky, I dried my buds in dark place till yesterday, I found that there was not any effection after I smoked. the only diffirence was a little joyble feeling while I'm breath the air.

my plants are pure asia sativa, please let me kown what happend.

They weren't ready. Sounds like a couple more weeks of growing would have helped you out. Sativa's take a long time to flower

thanks for your reply, the temperture in my place is start could now, sunlight shift from 8:00 morning to 18:30, some hair were very dry and the color is like dark red. should I keep it on plant till now?
