trimming= practice within a hour you will be a master lol and it will be quicker
drying and cure= trim close get all the leaf of you can and break big buds up to smaller buds that should make drying a little bit quicker

Like growing, it's all about patience. You've come this far, at harvest, and now you want to cut corners and speed things up? Big mistake. Trimming is easy, just no way to really speed that up unless you have a friend help. Curing is just as important as good lighting, decent nutrients, etc. If you try to rush things and cheat things, you'll regret it. Have some patience and do it right.
