Harvest a little early at 8 weeks

I burnt this one pretty bad with Tigerbloom in week 3. Before After I took it early because the bud production was so stunted. Way too many popcorn buds, a whole box full, and too many stems because I never trimmed this one (big mistake) as an experiment. Plus it was huge just taking up needed space for healthy plants like this Vanilla Kush. Trichs were mostly clear and cloudy with a few amber. I dried and smoked a little a few days before I harvested, and it had me staring at the tv with my mouth hanging open lol. It was good for green bud. Here are some pics. I'm hoping it turns into some useful smoke. Has anyone else ever harvested early? How was the bud?

pretty sure it will be ok smoke, if you keep your expectations realistic, and Im also pretty sure it will be a "high" smoke, not bad now you do have other plants you can mature more, I know what I would make of it, or most of it, Kif or shake, I like that when the smoke is from a stavia plant of harvest early, I like hash or oil more when made of Indica plants or Indica dominated that is matured well, but thats just me
