Harbor Freight

hey i know there's been alotta talk about this hardware store company Harbor Freight, cause they have okay deals, and there online, just letting people know my experience with them.....they suck.

i ordered a simple little PH tester the day after x-mas, and i still have'nt gotten the thing, and they never even sent me a shipping invoice letting me know when it went out. considering the same day, i ordered about 6 diffrent items, some big some small, some UPS, some USPS, from other online retailers, and i got all that shit last week and the week before.

enless you dont mind waiting a month for your product, dont buy from these shmucks. i've done better business with a 12 yearold on ebay.

Sorry to hear Hope it works out for you. I hate slow shipping and poor service. It just bothers me so much.

I've always had decent service from harbor frieight. They may not have the best customer service but I have gottewn my orders in their due time every time I have ordered.

when's the due time?

due time is the time that they are due to arrive in, lol. depends what you order. It obviously may take a little longer to ship an air compressor than a screwdriver but if they say 3-5 days , its always come w/i 3-5.

gotcha. yeah i never seen anywhere on the site where it tells ya how many days to expect it. i just assumed it'd be reasonable.

i only ordered a small little soil ph tester, should be able to be sent standard mail, oh well. i emailed them and told them i already had to buy one, and if they did'nt send it yet to stick it up there ass. maybe they'll send me a gift card.

if you never got an order invoice or anything you might wanna re-check an make sure they got ur order. they can be flaky, says the guy who works at the competition haha

yeah they deffently charged me, and they sent me a order confirmation number, so, o well. im sure i'll get it the question is when.
