I told my mom how much I've been craving her food lately, her three cheese spinach cannellonis in particular. When dropped off her mother's day card yesterday she had waiting this for me. So good! She makes her own shells and tomato sauce... I'm not sure why I ever moved out.

My grandmother would make cannolis; the only thing that calmed the bickering at family events; 25 people munching away in ecstasy. Espresso and 4-5 diff types of cannolis.
