Nice try at false equivalences and red herrings, though. I mean, not nice but technically perfect according to the chapter in GOP's playbook when they have nothing factual to use in their defense. It's been so long since your kind have even had facts to fall back on that your use of fake arguments has become instinctive. During an appearance on a Louisiana radio program Friday, Vice President Mike Pence remarked that “the president and I have left it all on the field.”

It take five justices to vote to grant a stay.
The nine-member high court has five Republican appointees. Two of them, Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, were appointed by Trump.
The Supreme Court is expected to decide whether to grant the stay before Wednesday, when the subpoena would otherwise be enforced.
