Halogen Bulbs Good or Bad

So quik easy question i'm sure, are Halogen Bulbs Good or Bad for veggin or are CFL better?

Veg on CFL halogen will fry them babies!

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD, I dorked my grow with crap halogen lights, if you wanna go cheap get you some cfl bulbs, heres a pic of my flouro CFL rig its super cool, for no more than like 5 plants in a small space. its a basic shop light with 2 48 in 32 watt 2700 lumen 6500k tubes, that i added 2 2x fan light sockets and 1 single socket with a Y adapter, there are 3 23w 1450 lumens cfl, 1 27wat cfl about 1600lumen, and 2 daylight 15watt 6500k cool cfl bulbs in the Y.

and a nice little combo temp/humidity guage. you can get one and pretty much all this stuff above at wallmart, all fairly cheap.

and notice how those plants are S T R E T C H E D, its cuz i had crap holaogen/incandescent lights on em for about 3 weeks, then i found this sight... im moving along nicely, and you will want hps for flowering
