i fill them all the time, you can get about 60 grams in there.

I'd say between a couple ounces to a QP depending on the size and density of the flowers.

I tried grove bags and I'll never use jars again. Give them a try. They are exceptional. No burping and no Pain in the a%$ cleaning.
I kind of high jacked the post but they're great.

I recently found out ball has nice plastic lids.. they don't rust and are less of a hassle
