hair discoloration

does anyone know what the change in color is from? its appearing randomly on other flowers. seems a bit early to be turning colors i see no actual "bud" formation yet.
is this discoloration normal?!?!

you been spraying them with anything ? Insecticidal soap will turn them all brown.

spray 'em with water only. 3 times a day every 3-4 hrs.
