hahhaa a few pot plants at some bushes near a river

I planted a few seeds not expecting to come up and just checked the area and found two had come up.

they're about 3" high and i was wondering when should i put the fertilizer on? (or what should i put on while the plant is in its vegetation stage and young?)

i've put a tiny bit of npk around the area of the plant not touching the stem or getting too close as it would burn it, water saving crystals although the soil is nice and moist.

i'l get a few pictures next time im down there so you can laugh at my job of hiding it.

put too much fertilizer in the area (well actually really not much, and not right around the plants, around the whole area. plus theres been some extremely heavy rainfall and one of them has died.
