Hello there , from what i can understand from the pics ,if your plants are not autos your plants are not flowering , but they are letting you know that they feel ready to flower , and they do that by showing sex.
You can keep veg as you please and they will not flower ! Just keep in mind your plants depending on your night temps. can almost triple their height in the first 3 weeks of the switch to 12/12.

Oh ok sorry they have been on the12/12 cycle for almost thre weeks but no true sign of flowering they stink white hairs forming slowly but should start over 36hrs of dark and go back to 12/12 ???

ah they are already in 12/12 , no dont go dark .. just let them be in 12/12 . soon they will start if they are 3 weeks in since the switch they should be ending the streching and they will start soon to fill up and shooting pistils everywere. they look healthy soo there is no reason for thinking otherwise.
PS: when you switch to 12/12 if your plants have already showed their sex by then they will start flowering quicker than a plant that still didn't show sex before the switch.

Anyway just in case , check your grow room for any light entering during the night phase , that may cause your plants to dont start flowering , if its not your case dont worry soon enought you will see improvements.. first 2/3 weeks since the switch your plants are still getting ready to flower.

when you say in the middle ? what do you mean ?
Leaves that are covered and barely get enought light , will start to yellow and die , that is normal .. in indoor grow's due to lack of light under the canopy level.
