Guys I need your advice PLEASE!

Thank you Bernie, Vertical and drsaltz for the much needed info. Saltz that’s a hell of a Bush! Just got home so gonna shower and check the ladies. They were still pretty wet before lights out so probably won’t feed till tmw but I’ll add a dose of calimagic to the res on top of the Grow nuets I already added and give them a feed. Gonna leave it at 1000wt cause I kinda need the heat generated from it but I’ll move it up to 3ft for now and see how she responds and adjust further if needed. My tents a 5x5x7 so I should have plenty room when flower comes. I only planned on begging another couple weeks really. Honestly once I see them bounce back and get healthy I was gonna flip them the following week. Think it’s too soon to flip or should I wait another couple weeks then flip?

Went ahead and watered them. They were pretty dry a few inches down. Ppm was at 750 in a 10g res with ph at 6.5. Gave them each a little less than a gallon and tested runoff and ph was 6.0 and ppm was at 1040 on all pots. Hopefully I didn’t just burn the shot out of them. Can’t find any reliable details on what runoff should test at and I’ve never checked it till the other day.

I had them in a scrog originally, had just started hitting the screen but I decided to move them so I took it down and the scrog frame won’t fit now. I have 1/2” conduit poles they go around the sides of the tent along the middle so I was thinking of just tying them back with wire to the poles to open it up more when needed.

To answer your question, though, you will not get an accurate reading of the true measurement of fertilizer in the runoff of a soil garden, nor will you get an accurate reading of soil pH. There are too many variables as The different types of organic matter that make up the soil break down. Soils are constructed using a variety of different materials which break down at varying rates, with each of them having its own unique pH.

so does soil runoff matter really? Guess I’ll just watch the plants do plant things and wait and see.

Just my two cents; don't worry about your runoff pH. You'll only end up chasing your tail. If you're working with good soil and you're not goofing up your nutrients, you should be fine with just pH'ing what's going in. The slightly yellow tops are as some noted here just the result of your plants growing quickly...the leaves will darken as they mature. Don't sweat it. I would however be sure you check for pests...one of your pics looks suspicious.

I'm curious as to why you are using distilled water. When I add nutes to my 8.0 tap, I get right into range with no fussing.
It’s just what I’ve always used really. Been reading more on water types and it seems my tap would be just fine. I filled a 10g res and let it sit over night and then mixed nuets and let them sit for a few hours then ph’d up to 6.5 this time. Fed them over 12 hours ago and they seem fine last time I checked before lights out. Gonna just start using tap. A lot of people say to let it bleed out over night and a lot of people say letting it sit does nothing but my ppm straigtnout the tap is around 178-180. Let the water sit for around 15 hours before nueting and the ppm before I nueted was down to 152 so obviously it bleeds something out the longer it sits. The res does have a 10” air stone as well so maybe that helps?

Here they are a full cycle later after nuets and installing screen again. Thanks guys for all the help and advice. I can definitely already see a difference in the color and perky ness. Raised light to 3’. Gave full nuets yesterday and installed screen. Thinking another 3-4 weeks and they’ll be ready to flip. Now to read up on defoliation.... so much contradiction on that topic as many others but I see and understand the need for it with a scrog as I’ve continually removed larger fan leaves throughout veg to uncover bud sites. Either was I think if you do a handful of leaves ever couple days no harm should become of them. Thoughts?

Which picture? I have literally checked every plant every day as well as under pots and grow room and haven’t had any pests. There was this green bug that looked like a small leaf that managed to hop in the tent but i killed it and checked vigoursly but haven’t noticed any pests. I then sprayed my entire garage foot print in slide and out with pest control but I think some of the damage was from the original scrog and then removing it for two weeks and then reinstalling it. I’m not exactly wearing kid gloves in there so leaves tear and split every now and then but no biggie.

It would be the third pic in this thread...the silver / gray markings. Keep in mind I'm sitting in my chair at home, so I'm just observing, not emphatically stating you have an issue, but this type of marking is similar in appearance to pest damage (mites; generally). Again, I could be wrong and I hope I am, just pointing out what I see. Never the less the last pic of your Scrog looks nice so don't pay much attention to me.

Did a bit of trimming on them today and tucked a few shoots. They seem to have liked the nuets lol.
Before trimming. Kinda started on the right one already here though.

After trimming. Left some lower fan leaves based off the guard cells that are in them and those fans belong to shoots at the top already thriving.

I was just all up their skirts and hadn’t noticed any pests but I’ll keep my eye out. Thanks
