BCT, I'm sorry to say I lost interest in the vid when the camera guy called the policeman "not a happy camper" when it was the camera guy being stand offish when the policeman was clearly being kind and neighborly with the crowd. Then the dude goes into a long restaurant story about this place that sucked, so the next meal he goes back and is suprised when the same restaurant still sucks... their just looking for a reason to fight which is way more apart of the problem than anything else.
Watch the whole video. The first bit doesnt really explain much......
Also check out "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception"
If you actually watch it and take the time to try to understand the theories its actually pretty interesting. Right now I could literally fight any non-violent crime in court and win 100% by default because they can't charge me, by their own laws, they can only charge my "person" of a society.
Now if you look up the definition of society...
A number of people joined by mutual consent to deliberate and act for a common goal.
Every society that exists you have to consent to join. The law society has requirements and give you a little card.
Our laws were put in place to govern society.
Can you name my society? Didn't think so. Once I
apply for a SIN I am
asking to be a government agent and to pay taxes. Nowhere in any law does it say I am required as a human being in this land to register and pay taxes. Everyone just Assumes thats the way it is because thats what everyone else does.
Has anyone ever looked this stuff up to find out before applying for a SIN? I Doubt it.
The fact that I have to
apply or a SIN and am not given one technically means, if I choose, I can abandon that number that was assigned to me by my government.
OK, so heres the key. My government cant charge me with any law that is only a statute, or act they can only charge that "person" that they assign to me when I apply for my SIN number and ask to be a government agent.
So the key is separating my physical self from the legal fiction that is assigned to me when I go begging to pay Taxes and work for the governemt.
Now I want to make very clear. Violent crimes, Any crime that inflicts harm to another human, or damage to their property is still a crime, and you Will be charged.
But if you read into things like "The Controlled Substance Act" you quickly realize that it is Not a law. But it is defined as having the power that other authorities would have. Basically its not a "law" it CAN have the power a "law" WOULD have.
How many people have read the controlled substances Act? Its like a foreign language. You literally Have to be a lawyer or study law to even begin to understand it.
How can anyone be governed by rules that they can't even understand?
Next time you getting hassled try to get a cop to define between a Statute, an Act, or a Law. He wont have a clue. And when has has no idea you can tell him that not knowing the difference between an Act and Law is gross neglegance and comparable to Fraud.
Ever seen a cop get scared because he just doesnt know? Its pretty funny. Cops are Not the smartest people, it doesnt take much to learn more about the law and use it against them.Knowledge is power. Cops seem to have it the other way around. They think they have power, till you hit them with some knowledge, then you remove all that power they think they have over you.
