but they act like that there saying is right and whatever the other person says isalways is wrong
There is nothing "right" about what you said, nor is it even a valid viewpoint. Hating every police officer is a screwed up mentality and one that is dangerous for you, as well as any officer that attempts to communicate with you. You could compare it to how many people think that every stoner is a dumbass couch potato loser.

Also, I in no way am I saying I'm better than you, if it came out that way to you I apologize...

It's not really any "fault". It just sucks that it happened. Guns, police, and a lot of government in general needs to go away, and then life would be way better. Actually, a lot of technology needs to go away, and then life would be a lot lot better...

Rather the cop meant to pull the trigger doesn't really mater. the cop is at fault for taking a mans life for no reason. he should pay the price any other person would pay and then some just because he was a cop.

I think any cop convicted of a crime should face a minimum of double the jail time. They are entrusted with a lot of power while out on the street. Cops that abuse their power give the good cops a bad name.

In this particular case, I don't think the cop had malicious intent. I think he just fucked up. His fuck up cost a man his life. Unless the cop and the dead man have some kind of history together, I think it will be very difficult to get a murder conviction. I think a manslaughter charge is more fitting based upon the evidence available to the public so far.

I also think the cop that tried to take the camera away from the girl filming the scene should be fired. I don't know what charges would be applicable there, but I have very little doubt that the film would have been "lost" or damaged if he had taken it.
