remember when we were all drunk and i shot thomas in the head with that pellet gun? haha that shit was scary at the time but thanks to david howser md he made a full recovery hahaha
 
I always wondered what kinda extra trouble guns in the house would be were the unspeakable ever to happen to one of us. Do you catch extra charges, Does it make a huge difference, like do those "use a gun to commit a crime laws" apply. Cause i can't sleep without a steel reinforced pillow. Not really but i don't have it under lock and key either, Its just on a high shelf in a zipper bag. Nobody has ever been saved by a gun they could not get to. I have been on the wrong end of the barrel before, never again.
But if you intend to keep a gun for home defense, train with it, Practice clearing your house.

I don't think you'll goto jail over that, as it may have been your firearm but you did the responsible thing I'd say and well the other guy on the other hand I can't tell you if he will or not. I'd talk to a lawyer to make sure, they'd be able to tell you more.


Just make sure any of your plants aren't gonna be found...
 
the only reason i might do time is cause im gonna snatch his punk ass up and smack the stupid out of him next time we cross paths but i doubt it will be soon.

Hah, well he should be facing some charges himself actually I believe if you filed some but yeah. lol I'd be doing the same myself cause well I'd be furious, it pisses me off already and I just know you as a RIUer. :evil:
 
There's a lot of bayou around me and I know some in folk, just lemme know if ya need a place to dump the potatoes. ;)
 
i currently own 3 guns and i have gone thru saftey classes to know how to handle them properly. guns dont kill people, index fingers kill people. Im not a "gangsta" by any means, but i grew up in a very rough neighborhood and "being strapped" was a big deal. nowadays i try to talk out my issues with the other guy and id rather take a whoopin than bring out my gun.that being said, the guy who reloaded your shotty is no longer allowed in your house and id stomp his ass for messin with YOUR GUN anyway!
I FUCKIN HATE STUPID PEOPLE!
