Gun Lovers, You're Screwed.

Would you be okay with using guns to remove guns from otherwise peaceful people ? If not, how else would you institute gun control?
Imo the biggest inconsistency in current gun law comes from gun shows. I would illegality the undocumented transfer of ownership at such events or away from a shop with an established FFL.

This would remove one of gun control advocates’ major grievances.

I would also seek to level state laws, which are all over the place, from lax to very restrictive. The whole concept of states’ rights will need review once the SC evolves past the previous guy’s loading of the bench.

States don't have rights, individual people do.

So, you would or would not be okay with using guns to take guns away from otherwise peaceful people ?

The whole concept of using a government gun (legislation backed by guns) against an otherwise peaceful person to ensure nobody will use guns violently is a literal impossibility.

200 years of appellate rulings contradict your first sentence.

Your question is too vague for me to answer.

I think you are avoiding the question. I understand why, nobody likes their hypocrisy so easily laid bare.

Court rulings mean nothing, sometimes they coincide with the truth, but often they don't. They are backed by guns being used against otherwise peaceful people, which makes many of those rulings laughable when they ramble on about justice horseshit.

Perhaps if you linked a concrete example, say from a court case, it would be possible to answer better. The question you pose is a trap. Be more honest.

The question I pose is an illustration. If you feel trapped by the truth, I suggest you consider aligning some of your beliefs with your other beliefs so your dualing beliefs won't trap you...like they do now.

You are dismissed. Please don't shoot anybody being peaceful.

“Trapped by the truth”! Wiping a tear here.

And exactly when did you stop raping the neighbor’s dog?

This is why you are labeled a troll. That was a very dishonest response.

Says the guy who runs away from the obvious...you would use guns against peaceful people. Too funny.

I ate my neighbors dog and it was delicious. Just like your tears.

You are putting words into my figurative mouth. I did not state what you concluded. Very dishonest.
Yep, exactly what he did to me. Here's a fun ditty about suing the Sandy Hook school district for disciplinary records of 5 year olds.

Except you'd use guns against otherwise peaceful people who reject your forced collective. Which is why you're a hypocrite.
The law using a weapon is different than you using one, just like it's different when the army uses one. It's not 1776 anymore and it's time to move on and change will come, the current situation is not sustainable and will be less so moving forward. Collective force is the only legitimate force and is enacted through the law, we are communities, not collections of individuals, there's much more to human beings than that.

Individual force is a recognized way to defend ones life, kin and property.

However I anticipate a limitation to be imposed on 2A rights. Probably not from this SC, but it wont be in right-wing deadlock forever.

I believe that you are incorrect on all counts. You like to pretend that the small world that you have constructed in your mind is reality, but it is not.
Yet, you don't answer my questions, instead you drift off to saying something about me.

Why can't you admit you like guns and are okay with using them to make people accept your ideas? That's reality.

oh wow I didn't answer a rob roy question to his satisfaction (even when the very first sentence answers it).

I am not going to admit the ridiculous assumptions you have to believe to even begin to answer your nonsense.

I'm sorry you're unable to admit your gun lust. It's okay killer.

When a high ranking member of the NRAs family is killed in a mass shooting then maybe you Americans will see some change but until then it's guns for everyone. Even fucking kids!!
