Guess what Im going to concentrate with this

I have been recovering from a knee replacement for a few weeks and havent posted for a long time. Greenhouses are doing well but you have to see my new rig .I cant be the master of all things hillbuilly without one of these--------------------Mike

I love the still, it really ties the yard together haha.
Do you plan on using it as a solvent recovery still or an essential oil still? I bet you could use it to extract aromatic Terpenes/Ketones/Aledhydes that are left on plant material after butane extraction (If any), you could just save up all your shit that's been run already and then steam distill it to capture the aromatic chemicals so they can be added to your concentrate.

Or....you could distill moonshine from mash...

Well its just for moonshine. I have had some brandy made with cherry pie trim mashed with cherries, a little barly malt converts the starches in the weed into complex sugars. Then the yeast takes over and makes happy water. I know this isnt realy a pot thing, but I thought you guys would like it. Ill keep ya posted-----Mike

Not a pot thing? Hell I haven't had a drink in over 6 yrs., and I have wanted a still for a while to run my own stuff for winterizing.

We dont drink much anymore, but with weed being almost legal, I just had to do something wrong. Didnt even think of using it for winterizing--Thanks---Mike

Sorry your in the almost legal zone. I'm happy to be in the experimental legal zone. My eldest son grows some good herb, the younger one has a still and distills some 100 proof bourbon that makes me stupid.
We have a different family get togethers now, compared to what I've experienced in the previous 6 decades.

Yes it is sweet feed mash is working off right now. About a week or so ill let ya know whats up. I havent ran a pot still yet . I had a beerkeg reflux style a few years ago, but it looked like something out of breaking bad. Wife didnt like it in the yard. The funny thing is I sold it to a cop that I know from the gun club up here. HE- HE- only in mariposa. I love our corrupt little town Mike
