2 weeksHi,
Nirvana GSC
7 weeks and 3 days since flip
Flower time by nirvana is 7-9 weeks
She don't have a lot brown pistils, but some amber is starting to shown
There are some buds with less amber some with more, mostly on sugar leaves.
I think she is but I am afraid to be wrong.
Thanks

I wouldn't even start checking trichomes until most pistils are brown and the buds swell. When you do, ignore the trichomes on the leaves and check the trichomes on the calyx, the actual bud. I think you have several weeks to go.
I don't know this strain will have brown poistils (I read on some journals that not always)
So to trichomes on sugar leaves are not counted?
I am confused...
thanks
Trichomes on sugar leaves mature much faster than those on the buds, so yes, you ignore them completely when checking.
Now we’re talking!!! you’re going to be soooo glad you waited. Those look really good!
Well 1 don’t just take my word. I’m still new as well.Is that mean she is ready or should I wait more?
Its only my second time grow, and probably the first one I chopped too early (as I understand now)
Really the only way to know is to have experience with the strain and experiment. Its very subjective. You could even harvest a few branches soon then wait to harvest the rest and and compare to see what you or your clients prefer. then next time you'll know for sure. That's the point in the learning process I'm currently at.Thanks, I don't understand how the flower is not ready but I have so many amber?
I do see that it can be more fatten, but isn't everything will be amber and will give heavy body high?
