They are getting close to going into flower.

Just need a bit more root development, so I just did a hand application of Great White.
Going to give them a couple more days before I do the pre-flower defoliation, then one more week of 12/12 then flip.
This plan is totally growth dependent!

Let's move on to the spring grow (Wedding Cake X 2)
So I lolly popped the girls then tied them down, that was a few days ago.
This morning after adding 15 gallons of an RO and the veg nutes to go with that, I untied the girls. Going to give them a few days to stand back up the put these bitches into 12/12.

You can see the lolly-pop job, now let's see if they are the going to stand back up.
Once they have stood up and we are into two or so weeks into stretch I will begin tying them back down.
I got way too much larf this last grow so going to keep them trimmed up for this grow.

Can start flower any day but am thinking of just watching them for a few days and let them get a little larger. Not really concerned with plant height as I will be turning them down as needed.

Ladies look great as always!!! I've always dug those ebb and grow setups and really like your take on the pot with in a pot methodology. That must lend to easy fixes if issues presented themselves. I had a friend that had some return issues once upon a time and this idea would have solved this oddity.

Do you tie down after the stretch to emulate your old vertical grows?
I do the best I can. After the 21st day defoliation I do a tiedown to help expose growth along the branches. Now after the 42nd day defoliation, tiedown is not really possible as the plants tend to just lay down on there own. A tangled mess, but yes it sort of emulates a vertical grow.

I harvested yesterday. Looking like 2 or so lbs smokable buds.
Couple of the trays of the drying rake, buds are nice size and heavy. Grew this same strain from clones last grow,
Three of the five trays.
