New growth is always a good sign. Everyone was a noob at some point, someone telling you to stop growing/ trying, tell them to stuff it. Have you learned anything so far? As long as you learn something no grow is a complete failure. That second one has been topped already.

I did top it. I didnt know i wasnt suppose to top autos. I lost hope. The day i went to throw them away i seen that they Have grown.

Keep 'em going. You will learn a lot from your first grow. I learned that I grow better with a more interactive growing method. I grow using deep water culture (dwc). My first grow was soil and it sucked switched to DWC and have been pleased ever since. This is caramelicious auto from m-s.nl in the Netherlands. I'm in Oklahoma.

Wow shes look beautiful.
i seen someone make one on youtube before. This is my very first grown. I might try something different next grow

Thank you, she is beautiful, at a distance. Pretty when you get close, but not frosty. The second pic is another auto, this time from Spain, that has been flowering for about a week that is more frosty.
Dwc can produce faster results butit can also produce faster problems. It is probably one of the most grower interactive methods. Also potentially one of the more expensive.

Sorry if its already been asked but what nutrient line are you using? I am halfway thru my 1st deep water culture grow, using the Botanicare pro blend expert recipe. Popping my 1st deep water auto tonight. Should i use same amount of nutrients im using on my photos?

I use the GH flora trio. Micro grow and bloom, no fancy additives or bloom boosters. I tend to stay on the lower side of recommendations for nutes. About the highest I'll go is 800-850 ppm and that is for either auto or photo. I've heard of people going as high as 1200 but no way in Hell I'm pushing that hard. Word if caution once you start getting them big, stay on top of your drying humidity. I just had to incinerate a qp because of mold while drying. She was pretty too.
