I follow UncleBen's technique for topping. On youtube there are good videos on supercropping. just gotta be careful when doing it.

I'm foliage feeding my plants with aerated compost tea for the first time this year...and the plants love it...I didn't spring for extra ewc this year and so far it seems that the tea is working just as well...at $120 less...

PROBLEM

So today I worked my long day and was so excited to check up on MJ after having the best weather conditions here. I was a little disappointed. We had a nice sunny day and when i check up on my girls there leaves were starting to curl and get a little crispy.
I was wondering if this looks like it could be the nutes in the fox farm soil? And my water PH has been 6.5. I just watered them pretty good hoping that will help. also they were recently transplanted about 3 days ago.

I've only had mites spider mites once in many years of growing..Lucky I guess. I gave them a sponge bath of 15% rubbing alcohol -water and cleaned the underside of the leaves. It worked for me.
I'm hoping I didn't just jinx myself for this year!!

Yep..just relooked..The plant in the second pic in. Get that early!!
I don't seem to have mite problems outdoors much, I see occasional damage on some leaves, nothing major. I wonder if its the fact that there is so many plants to munch on in the area outdoors, as appose to indoors, if they get in, those are the only plants they got
