Growing Weed with Mama

I.wasnt bragging tho...i often talk to the wife about finishing our house off in 2 years and working on a farm iver california somewhere as a farm hand and the wife as a cook ...6 months in cali and 6 months at home during our grow season.
Its not all about the money and we done it hard financially on a low wage up to 8 years ago.
Theres more happiness in growing quality of your own than paying for it somewhere else.this year is awesome i have enough smoke put away to last till harvest in april here 2016
That sounds like a great life. I'd love to go back to farming and living a more old fashioned life. I already do live that way to an extent. If I had more room I'd grow all my own food.

I start getting ready in February and usually wrap up the outdoor with clean up of the site and trimming in December. No 6 months off here.

I dont think.i could get a year round working visa in america
I havnt looked at laws and regulations etc but if i had a choice of doing a year over there working with the wife we would do it...just to do something different in our lives in a couple years time.

I just fed a nutrient tea I had brewing for a few days. Then started brewing an ACT to feed next. I also have some barley sprouting that I was going to grind and add to the act.

The nutrient tea I fed this morning
1/4 cup high phos guano
1/4 cup kelp
3 tbs fish ferts
1 capful of fulpower
Splash of silica
Splash of molasses
for 30 gallons

Compost tea
5 big handfuls of compost
1/2 jar of molasses
2 caps of fulpower
per big garbage can of water

I might add a few more handfuls of compost. I was in a hury this morning and just wanted to get it started.

Mama your garden is awesome. I can grow the hell out of some veggies, but still working out all the kinks to my outdoor grow. This will be my 3rd year growing outdoors and I feel it's going to be the best one yet. I am a bit restrictied on space, so I can only do 2-3 plants a year. I will be keeping an eye on your grow for sure.

i was advised to use the fulpower for foliar often and soil only once a month.
i also noticed my compost tea was better recived with the "HUmic" in the TM-7 product from bioag . 1/4 t per gallon ... i could send you a sample (although i dont work for them) i have ALOT...

Thanks! What are the benefits of foliar feeding the fulvic? I've never done a ton of foliar feeding. Mostly just pest management and some silica in foliar. But I'm always open to trying new things in the garden.

the fulvic is like a tiny snowflake that can bond with calcium and other ions and transport thru the stomata.
1/4 cup chopped alfalfa tea with a tablespoon per gallon of fulpower will have vegging plants growing like mad!
i chop alfalfa from my own plantings they can go for 20 years well tended:)

That's awesome. I just added barley and clover to the garden this season. I'd love to add alfalfa and comfrey too. Eventually I want to grow everything I need to sustain the garden without buying any outside nutrients.
