I spent 15 years in prison, and never once did I get the idea that I could grow weed. If the guards don't get ya, the convicts will. EVERYONE knows what weed looks like in prison!! It's a fucking commodity! People have been killed over it. Is this a joke?

Did you read any of the thread? The guy is going to a Cat C prison in the UK, it really doesnt get any more slack then that..

I cant believe this thread is still going strong, but I'll say it again....a prison TRUSTEE could actually get away with an outdoor grow, especially of they were on maintenance detail where they had access to the outer grounds to the prison, a visitor could smuggle them 10 seed in just one visit, if they needed more seed, they could get the visitor to bring more seed on later visits, but you get the idea.
Many TRUSTEEs have access to outer grounds and this would be key in success or failure, and most prisons I've seen are located in rural areas and border close to wooded areas. I can't see this ever being pulled off though....unless the prisoner had TRUSTEE status, TRUSTEEs aren't watched as close by the guards. FFS! dont you guys understand all prisons be it a max security or open prison, have drugg sniffer dogs, these dogs are there to sit near the entrance to the visitors room and detect druggs being smuggled in, or they do regular patrols arround the grounds to detect any druggs thrown in, so how anyone thinks they could grow weed in the grounds of a prison or anywere else is just stupid.

Huh, if hes not planning on harvesting them, why is he wanting to plant any at all? im lost here now...Get someone to smuggle in a bag of 100 cheap seeds, just toss a few here a few there and let nature do its thing. Hes not trying to harvest them.

People need to read the thread. Cat C prisons are Slack, You can get any drug you want in a Cat C jail, people brew hooch in a Cat C jail. Guards are REAL PEOPLE not these stand up, strait edge people we would all like to believe.
This means that guards are as opportunistic as the people in the prison. You guys have any idea how many guards will sell or smuggle stuff in a prison? They dont make a HUGE wage, you offer some low risk quick cash and anyone would be interested.
Flashgee is also going to jail for WEED. Its not like hes a murderer getting locked up in a Max Security prison for violent crimes.
The only real obstacles are...
1. getting seeds in (not that hard considering)
2. Find a garden, patch of grass, anywhere that you can toss a few seeds.
3. Sit back and wait for someone to notice the Chronic growing in the Garden.
It would be funny as hell, Im sure there would even be guards who smoke pot and would get a laugh out of it. Im not saying the whole prison would just not care, but it wouldnt be as bad as some make it out to be.
And whoever is saying to hide it from other prisoners??? What are the others prisoners gonna do? Go to the garden and steal your premature weed plant? Or maybe rape you for trying to grow weed in prison?
I dont understand why people see prison on TV and they think thats what its really like.....

Have a go if it will pass the time quicker, but i bet the dogs will be all over it before its even big enough for a gaurd to notice, then because of this so called "prank" things will tighten up in the prison, compremising other illegal shit going on within. And the prisoners getting their shit compremised would take a dim view on your "prank"

I did 6 years. sometimes guys would plant seeds in the yard, just fuckin around, plants never lasted past seedling. i dont know how you would pull this off, but even if you could some other cons would jack ur shit, or someone would snitch, theres no way to hide what ur doin in prison ( thats y cons hate snitches so much). If you want to beat the man, tho, just get high at every oppurtunity. theres lotsa weed inside, bit pricey tho. I got high couple times a week when i was in, but my ppl were sending me money every week. or u could make mash (wine) and trade what you don't drink. I did that too. if you dont work (which i didnt) there aint alot to do inside. jerk off, get high, jerk off, get drunk, jerk off, work out, jerk off, watch tv, jerk off, jerk off jerk off. If you get tired of jerkin off, u can get a hummer from a punk. have fun.

as long as the camp has contact visits there will be drugs. but u have a point on the other cons. not so much for fuckin shit up, but cause some ppl pass the time by fuckin with other ppl, and never miss an excuse to do so. dont draw attention to urserlf, cause it may be a kind of attention you dont want.

if you guys cant see he is trying to stand up for his freedom, and make a statement to overgrow the world....isnt that what most of us want to do? overgrow so theres no way for it to be illegal? if all of us planted 20 to 50 plants or seeds male female plants doesnt matter plant them and forget about them and maybe as time goes on your little plot you started turns into a field as time goes on.
