Growing Weed At University

Hey,
I'm at university in the UK, living in halls of residence (University accommodation) and was wondering if I could grow a few plants.
Firstly, about the room.
On a floor with 50 people, room inspections are possible, but they always give you a few days notice, people may need to some into my room to do maintenance if anything breaks, but apart from that nobody comes in unless I let them.
I get 1 plug socket, which gives me 240V AC, and I can use adapters etc. to convert this to more sockets.
Electricity is free and unlimited, which is one of the major reasons for me wanting to grow here.
There is one window, looking out to a very quiet corridor linking 2 buildings, and there is a curtain which I can close easily.
I have a wardrobe, 2ftx2ftx5ft, which is what I was thinking of using to grow in.

Now to the actual growing:
-I have a 2'x2'x5' wardrobe, as stated above.
-I was thinking of growing 4 plants in it, is this possible?
-I was thinking of using feminised THC Bomb or Pineapple Express seeds, I can get these online quite easily, are these suitable for me?
-I have a couple of hundred £ to set aside for my equipment, was thinking of a 400W HPS and a 400W MH used in combination throughout the vegetative and flowering phases, is this overkill (remember I get free electricity).
-I was thinking of growing in 4 square 1'x1' pots filled with lava type material, and setting up a hydroponic grow (not automatic), as I will be able to tend the plants quite regularly. I am totally new to hydroponic growing but I am capable of learning, so I should be able to start off with methods of moderate difficulty (nothing really difficult though!).
-I will be coating the inside of the wardrobe with reflective material.
-I'm not sure what I'm going to do to keep an adequate CO2 intake yet, and I don't know how I'm going to get rid of the odour. Can you advise me on this?

I just basically want to know if it's a good idea, if I'm using the right strains, and if my growing method will work. How long will this take/What will my yield be/Where should I get my stuff/Are these strains any good?

I personally dont advise it, your putting your education at risk for a few plants.. totally not worth it, just get a medical card or get a good hookup that grows. Id never grow in a dorm period.

well i wouldnt recomened it cuz i dont doubt they monitor how much electricity you use and what will you do when the have a room inspection? the smell included gets very strong and if there inspecting thats somthing they would be looking for

Your insane if you go ahead with that mate! Risking your entire future for the sake of some smoke...crazy! Dude your at uni, you can get your gear from damn near anyone on campus so do that!.

I wouldn't do this, you are putting too much at risk, just find someone who grows some decent stuff and buy from him, I'm sure he will be more than happy to sell to you.
