I'm also growing In Maine, west of Portland, I'm fairly new to it, and one of my biggest questions is when does the flowering begin in this part of the world?What's your latitude?
My sativas didn't start flowering until mid-August, the Chinook didn't really get going until almost September.
Well last summer a couple strains started flowering first week of August but others took a little longer. That Chinook really didn't get rolling until late August. So it seems strain-specific. But look for the stretch in late July and then by mid-August you'll be seeing some flowers. Most of the action though seems to be in September when nighttime temperatures drop.
