That looks good! I don't see any leaf material. Where do you get the dry ice? The inside of my bubble bags are plastic and the outside is canvas they're called gro1, do you think the dry ice will crack the plastic? http://dlwholesale.com/index.php?cPath=317_162_28
I get the dry ice from Meijer. A $15 bag will process around 6 ounces of weed, and yields about 5-6 grams of nice hash per ounce. Not sure if the dry ice will damage your bags.... mine hold up great to it (and it's not an expensive set).

only if you have federal attention and at that point, none of this is legal. Please point out in the MMMA where it says you are prohibited from growing near a school zone.

taken from the above website.

Question: Can you grow or use medical marijuana if you live in a school zone and have a child in the home?

Federal Law. Neither a patient nor a caregiver can distribute or grow marihuana within the federal 1000-foot Drug Free School Zone. Remember that Federal law does not recognize medical marijuana and the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act does not protect you from federal prosecution. If you live within 1000 feet (as the crow flies) of a daycare facility or school you can be charged with a sentence enhancement by the federal government if you are prosecuted.

State Law. Michigan criminal law has a 500 foot drug free zone. However, the 500 foot statute explicitly exempts marijuana. If the substance is not marijuana and you own, possess, or use (or allow someone to use) a vehicle, building, structure, place, or area to manufacture a controlled substance (i.e., meth) you can be charged with a 10 year felony. If the manufacture occurs in the home of a minor or in the presence of a minor, it is a 20 year felony and/or a $100,000 fine. If the manufacturing location is within 500 feet of a home, business, school property, or church, it is a 20 year felony. Most likely you will be ok if you stay within the limits of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act. It is not a crime per se (under state law) to manufacture marijuana in a school zone IFyou have a card AND you are following the confines of the Medical Marihuana Act

like I mentioned twice already, "However, the 500 foot statute explicitly exempts marijuana."

There is no state law prohibiting a grower from growing cannabis following the MMMA.

Why did you include churches in this once again mr pecker. There is no mention of churches.

schools are a DRUG FREE ZONE. marihuana is a DRUG, classified by the government and state. read it however you like, ill err on the side of caution and not take any unneeded risks.

Michigan criminal law has a 500 foot drug free zone. However, the 500 foot statute explicitly exempts marijuana. on top of this exemption, we have protections from 4a.

Sec. 4. (a) A qualifying patient who has been issued and possesses a registry identification card shall not be subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including but not limited to civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business or occupational or professional licensing board or bureau, for the medical use of marihuana in accordance with this act, provided that the qualifying patient possesses an amount of marihuana that does not exceed 2.5 ounces of usable marihuana

I'm not trying to argue about this but people can (and have) done this and gotten away with it. I personally don't live near a school. I'm also trying to straighten out what some people believe as fact. There is no restrictions next to a church whatsoever.

It could be a coin flip if you act outside of the law. If someone is thinking about growing near a school, I suggest they follow the law to the T and have Bruce Blok on retainer.

good point (alcohol)!! There seems to be a need to argue I notice especially on this site. Everyone can learn something new from every person on this site if they allow themselves to

prison or freedom, sounds like a great coin flip to me. lol
With all due respect and I do mean that. If you're going to do it whats really the difference, other than the obvious additional guidelines for the schoolzone, fed law is fed law so isn't still a freedom or prison decision?

I can see everyone's point. I guess every situation is different. If a police officer finds your grow instead of a federal agent, that's a big difference

Sadly the law doesn't treat everybody fairly-equally, some places-people are more important then others. We are told not to discriminate yet the law does all of the time. Just like handicap parking spaces, if one can't walk good, they can park in closer spaces saved just for them. They come first, they get more rights, freedom

Children are god, just taking their picture in a public place is asking for problems--and maybe for good reasons but its not really fair to discriminate yet the law does
