Promix the big black bag no perlite added. Schultz all purpose(green bottle) for veg and Schultz bloom(purple bottle) for flower. It's as simple as that, always had strong healthy plants and good harvests. Now when you run into deficiencies then you might have to turn to some other nutes but I've been growing dakini kush now for over 2 years and haven't had much problem with deficiency.

Are you trying to find a consensus? Because you probably wont. Too many variables.

That being said, I ran coco coir and perlite. I now run coco chips. I use MBFERTS grow a, grow b, bloom a, bloom b, early pk, late pk, vitamin hormone booster, carb booster, agsil. I also use their clone/vitamin solution for the younguns. In addition, I use calimagic. I just ordered calmag powder from kelp for less as I can make a gallon of solution for approximately the cost of a qt of calimagic. I am switching to powdered nutes for the cost savings. I used to do handwatered drain to waste but am now doing drip feed recirculating with food grade peroxide added to the rez.

Naw just seeing what everyone else is using, what kind of harvests did you get from all that?

It varied based upon strain/veg time. My sour og was the best yielding I ever ran. She was a heavy sativa, in fact seemed all sativa. She was a long runner at 13 weeks so I finally quit running her. I should have done a seed run with her. Monster colas! I am curious to see what happens now with the coco chips as I can feed them more frequently due to the aeration and drainage similar to hydroton.

I'm using just roots organic right now into a slimmed down version of subcools recipe (that's what the base soil is in it too) but my nutes (kinda hard to get anything where I live, unless I'm ordering ) but my local n garden nursery had some Dr earth nitro big and golden bloom... (plants love them!) In the golden bloom has to low of a k imo for a blooming nute

I used FFOF these past 2 runs.

But I think I wanna try rm3's mix. I believe it's sunshine #4, some dolomite, and calcinated clay (hydroton)

Outdoors, in my own organic soil. But I'm about to start an indoor grow and won't have time to compost my own this time - if I did, I'd go with something very similar to SubCools mix.

I live in Oregon, so I am very partial to Down To Earth products, been using them for over three decades now. So I'll be using their Pro-Organic soil mix, and using their Kelp Meal and All Purpose Vegan fertilizer to mix in and top dress, and a tea of worm castings and molasses. Since the meal and fert are very slow release, and this soil is just starting, I may end up supplementing with Earth Juice Grow/Bloom/Meta-K organic bottled nutes, but the tea should make the Catalyst and Microblast un-necessary.

That sour og is one bad bitch!!! I ran a mystery cut of her all last year. Very sativa dom but a little indica in there. Lanky ass gal. But wow she put out some massive colas. Not super top shelf but close. I still got her in a little bushy mom. A buddy gave her to me awhile back. Iam keeping her till i figure out what i want to do. I dont know where she came from. Guy just kept saying sour og. Maybe Cali, maybe reserva but theres a ton of companies that have a fake headband sour diesel x og kush hybrid. Mine is really sweet kind of lemony. No sour, oil ,kerosene or fuel smell. She puts out like a midnight hooker. Not cork sniffer grade but awesome top of the line commercial grade. Takes to heavy 1.8 to 2.0 ec feeds. Needs staking/trellising. Loves to be topped early veg or she can get away from you in early flower. I like her. If i could increase the potency just a smidge she would be a champ. Oh btw....mbferts for the win. All nutes are pretty much the same if you use them right. Why not get them for as inexpensive as possible short of the hassle of mixing your own? I dont know about the rest of you but i go through alot of frikin nutrients. It gets heavy on my wallet.

Coco chips are WINNING. Plants have doubled since transplanting to chips 7 days ago. One 15 minute feeding a day around 800tds with mbferts and they are such a lovely shade of green. I am in love with these coco chips.

Yours looks like it has a few more pistils than mine. Mine has swollen calyxes galore but otherwise its spot on. Is yours really sweet smelling? Like sweet candy with a hint of lemon in the background? And stretchy but it all fills in around week 6?

Yours looks like someone picked the real late finisher heavy sativa dominant phenotype of mine. Them long gals take.forever but man its worth the wait. Mine is ready at 65 all day but 70 she is prime time super sweet . 70 is really bullseye. But i have picked her at 65 when my patients are really bugging me.

I wish i had an exact copy of mine in male form. I would get real dusty. Shes was old when i got her but no signs of getting tired. Shes real smooth smoke on the hit. Coats your mouth with that sweet taste. And a mellow happy high that lasts a long time. Its no devastating blow you out stone. Nor is it a soaring feel your head in the sky high like blue dream either.

This is my first grow, but I've decided to go with FFOF with FF Light Warrior at a 3:1 ratio with one added tablespoon of dolomite per gallon of soil. I've seen this work wonders for a few others so I'm hoping I'll have some success. Just starting but I'll update on how things are going.

She was sweet and sour. Definitely sour smelling when burned/vaped. She would do a late push with those foxtails. She was lanky and would pack it on late. A nice lady but she took her sweet ass time getting to the finish line.

Yeah you definitely had a long season satty. I think mine isnt the same now.that i think about it. I would like to know where my sour og came from. It could be cali connects first version of sour og before it was called 818 headband. If there even was a first version. It doesnt hermie at all. Not even late freak out stamens. But mine is all sweet. And slightly fruity sweet. Like candy fruit if that makes sense. Very litte kerosene or sour and definitely no diesel fuelly chemical smell.
