Growing indoors for medical.

Hello. I've just recently obtained my state of FL MMJ card. Does this allow me to discretely grow indoors and have a small personnel garden? I've read that it is still illegal, I can posses up to 6 flowering and 12 in veg, & changes are coming after this Friday (3/15/19)....I'm confused. Im guessing its still illegal? Can anyone shed some light?
