Growing in your backyard

I planted a Seed in my backyard in the middle of May. It is now August and I still can not tell if it is a Female or Male Plant. I know what I am suppose to be looking for; the pistils for females and the ball sack for the males. How much long will it take to find out? HELP

well depending on where you are located is the key. it will sex when the days become shorter and the nights even out with the day? haha meaning 12 hours light / 12 hours of darkness. that is when it will start showing signs of the sex.

I live in New England and the plant is about 4 ft tall and yes i will put up a picture

my plant finally began to bud.. it looks and smells amazing, now when can i pick the buds

It sounds like you maybe due for a late october to early Nov harvest. It is usualy 8-10 weeks flowering. Do you know what the strain is? This will help to determine harvest timeing. You still have a while to go. Congrats on the female. Post some pics!!

This is what my baby looks like, i haven't seen her in 3 weeks and i miss her, no homo, i think i'm going to go get it in like 3 more weeks to harvest it

If you harvest in 3 weeks, and going by the dates of your posts, that means she has only been budding for 4.5 weeks (give or take a day) you will be disappointed. Ride it out, if the weather is going to stay warm than let it go for the full cycle.

That late in the season without showing sex, I think you have a female my friend. Congrats!

so you wat to harvest it at 6 wks? if you can id wait till at least 8 wks. if not more like 10 wks. so wait 5-7 weeks more it will really thicken up nicely.
