growing in nyc

Hi all,
I just moved to the city (Staten island actually.) I live in a du-plex on the top floor and have a 420 freindly roomie. My rent includes all utilities. I was wondering how safe you might think it would be to grow out here. No one will know,? but I am worried cause utilities are included in the rent.
Any suggestions, tips or experiences? Thank you!

I woundnt try adding more than 1 1000 watt hps because that will usually draw attention so i say you should be fine with 600,400 or even a 250 depends on what you are trying to do.Also make sure its stealthy.Plenty of people grow in nyc with no problems trust me i know.lmao

lets say this a xbox and computer uses more than 500 watts a space heater or ac uses more than 1000-1500 watts
