Growing in my Attic?

Hey Everyone
I love this website. I am a long-time reader and finally .. a poster.

I would like to ask this community to kindly assist me in figuring out if I can grow in my available space, and then to do the actual setup and what would be involved.

WHY: I've decided to grow because my girlfriend has MS and she can no longer afford buying her medicine.

WHERE: We live in a 2 story house. It is owned by her parents. They rented the upstairs to us and the lower floor to others. The upstairs is fairly large (living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, balconey) but it also has an ATTIC.

(ATTIC) ROOM DETAILS:
Length: 125 inches
Height: 125
Width: 93 inches.

I have also attached pictures.

Can you guys let me know what you think? what kind of work needs to be done? what's the best solution? can I have a simple tent in there? What about ventilation? right now it's 20*C. Her parents did say it would "get cold in the winter and hot in the summer"

Also worth mentioning is that the home has 200amp service, and I only plan on using 2 lights in there, 2k.

please provide with links, explanations, opinions. Let's get this thread going. Help me help my girl.

i got my attic going its not really to hard to set up i went with 1/4 in stirafoam insulation with the alluminum side facing the grow area.. really easy just put it all up sealed it with duct alluminum tap walls roof everything made my holes for the ventilation thats needed and seperated it into two 1 for veg 1 for flower and the floor i did the same as walls .. just actually got my c02 setup which ima need help with but besides that everything is good to go if u need anymore suggestions leme know o and btw the looks of it you will be needing about 2 light but if you dont want to do that get 1 1000w and get the hanger that goes back and forth and that would be great all days back and forth hitting everyplant ..
