Im only growing about 5 plant right now, and i have quite a few clones (15). I plan on keeping those at a friends.

My question is: Do the clones count as plants? So will i be charged with 20 plants?

I live in Nevada, and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the law here? I know its bad if you get caught but I don't know how bad it is, especially with only 4-5 plants.

Also, give me some tips on not getting caught.

I have locks on my fridge, so you need a key to get into it. Are there any laws on this, if theres a search can they open it?`

if you can find a MMJ patient to be caregiver for....why don't you just become an MMJ patient......

edit: and after checking, it looks like nevada is an MMJ state no?

um it costs $50 apparently

http://health.nv.gov/MedicalMarijuana.htm

after reading more, $200 total after $150 registration fee as well

http://www.safeaccessnow.org/article.php?id=2046

and even $600, fuck, i'd pay $5000 if i could then grow what i like legally.... i mean i would take my car into a dealer this second if it meant legal cultivation and use of marijuana..
problem is i am not a resident, i pretty sure i need to be a resident. I only go to school out here, im from cali.----never should of left cali:wall:

that is a little helpful. so either way you'd be fucked as it is. going on rhode islands thing, it looks like unless it clearly states, you'd need a card for both states.

need some yanks with knowledge to come find the answer to this one. but i would have thought that whether you are a permanent resident or a part time, you would be able to argue your case and get a card. that would essentially be a medical state turning around and saying that they don't actually eblieve in the medical aspect, but actually controlling it, or some such. just wouldn't seem right

it cost 600 dollars and is veryyy hard to get..i heard barely anyone has one.
I'm in Nevada as well, and I too haven't heard of any of my friends obtaining an NV med card. Instead they'll go to Cali instead. From what I've heard/researched as I've been interested in getting one for NV as-well, it's a hassle to get and most likely have to have a REAL condition to qualify for MMJ (unlike Cali where it's far more lenient as you know)

Also, the penalties for growing without being an MMJ patient in Nevada is pretty harsh, so you'd be fucked pretty severely for having 20 plants.
