Growing in a V

Been watching other growers methods on youtube and noticed this guy had really good results with growing his plants in a V shape instead of scrogging, has anyone tried this method vs scrog and what did you think was better, video link below.

You can top or lst and veg longer to get that effect. You have to remove the apical dominance. The plant will focus on the highest bud so the object is to get the side branches to grow even with the canopy.

Or you can just grow them a few feet tall in flower stretch and bend them down then like I do.

I keep them under 30” tall and use stakes and soft tie to control the side branching.

Here is an overhead shot of a bent plant. You can see the main stem bent down. I tie it to the pot with a big black paper clip with the silver folding wire handles attached to the edge of the pot and soft garden wire tie hooked to the clip. I use a second tie and clip to brace the stem on the opposite side.
