growing in a green*house question

any one know anything about growing in a shed?
the shed is about 15 ft by 15 ft but the growing part will only be 3ft by 5ft and 7ft tall. i have 2 150 watt hps lights that give off 16,000 lumens each.

is this too much light for only 4 plants? what is the best way to get rid of smell and also venelating the room well?
ive read a ton of info but what do YOU suggest for my particular case?

growing in a shed is usually a bad idea especially if you have cops that fly over with infrared or noisy neighbours, but if you really want to do it you'd probably want to do it with at least a 400hps, have a fresh air intake into the grow room & exhaust it through a carbon filter not directly outside if possible (looks bad on infrared if you get looked at).

thanks, i decided to not do the growing operation outside. i forget, its going to be summer in the sunshine state with 90F days. moving my plans indoors, in a closet. but if the cops are going to use infrared can't they see the heat coming from my house too?

i want to come up with a design that will be stealth, venelated, quiet, and cool. should i line the outside walls with a tarp (so outsiders won't see light) or will that trap in too much heat for the plants?
