Growing herbs with my herbs?

Would growing other things inside of my grow tent be a good or bad idea?

I want to start up a herb garden (oregano, thyme, sage, etc), and i thought it might be good to start them in my tent. Definitely don't want to cause any problems with my bud though.

i start all my plants off in crowded veg tent, no real issue besides which plants are your priority.

If you grow the right herbs you can actually have a completely natural defense against most pests. I forget which ones do what but there is rosemary and garlic for sure but there are many others.
