growing has stopped

hi i have a problem my plants are only 2 weeks old the 1st 7 days they grew like wild fire got to about 15 cm in the first week so i put the lights on and now they have just stopped growing they only have 2 leafs and they are really small the 2 round leafs have curled up, but the leafs are still nice and green what can i do im useing hed lights and am growin in my cupboard its quiet cool in there could this be the problem not enough heat but then they grew perfectly for the 1st week and a couple of days after that but then they just completely stopped please help

a watched pot never boils. If they are in soil let them be. Go for a vacation for a day and come back to water them, they grow on their own time. have patience.

i must admit i do watch it quiet alot ill have to learn just to leave it thankyou for takin the time to reply

what pots are they in? if it's real small they might be starting to get root bound..

i had them in little pots but have put them in bigger pots now and thats when i think they slowed down

then maybe it's shock from the transfer.. sometimes it takes time after transferring from pots until they adjust, and sometimes they just grow straight ahead..
give them time.. if they look healthy they are most likely healthy..

ok thankyou very much this has put my mind at rest

also keep in mind, after transplanting plants grow new roost first. then once hey have stored enough energy in the new roots they begin putting on top growth.

when is the best time to put lights on i did it after like a week and im on 18-6

when is the best time to turn my lights on there is just so many answers should i do it as soon as i can see them popin out of the soil
