Growing For Other Patients?

That's the thing. His statement was clearly about illegal grows. Reading comprehension is a good thing.
What statement says anything about doing an illegal grow? He has a rec and so does his wife, what was illegal? Bryan said ",
if your giving meds to a patient you need to consult a lawyer." He clearly said GIVING MEDS TO A PATIENT, so demontrich's comment was justified.

50 sq ft AND only 1200 watts... but yeah, for real needs type growing, that should be enough if you grow even decently.

And the kids thing... it's a parallel... I'm also not saying you're wrong regarding the issue, I've never been in that situation, so I don't know, but given the things I am aware of, like the underage thing (which, how is it my fault if an adult buys a keg for his kid's kegger? but it's an ass-load fine to the seller anyway I'll tell you, possible loss of license too). Unless you personal know of someone who's been charged with the crime and beaten in court, all we're really saying is it hasn't happened yet, and that we think it shouldn't happen, and won't, but I'm not a lawyer or up on all the regs, especially with it being soo all over the place by County, then city... I get proven wrong a lot, you just did, maybe we all will be about this next week, when someone does get busted for selling meds that got sold off on the black market...

I am suggesting he be better safe than sorry. He's obviously concerned about that.
If liquor stores were to be held liable for what you are describing, I highly doubt there would be as many liquor stores in business as there is now... Unless the store owner deliberately or negligently sold the alcohol to a minor, I couldn't foresee any infractions brought upon the store.

I never looked into it... but we were expressly warned... fines for selling to minors, and for the other as well... our kegs for example, were very clearly tag in case of either eventuality.

Maybe it was more that, should it happen and no adults take responsibility, it would fall on the store... their possession of it being used to at least imply sale... maybe my boss or her lawyer were paranoid or just trying to "scare us" into being overly careful, maybe there's some other part of the law somewhere about it (of again, local stuff)... not a lawyer... but idk... I'd just beware... I definitely wouldn't give meds I grew to patients I knew were gonna sell it... both because the finger may end up pointed at me, or get me mixed up it name somehow, and because fuck that... even if i'm asking them for money, they're turning and making a profit? I'd rather be making that... like yeah, put that in my piggy bank please... ;-)

I agree with you on these. I wouldn't sell to a minor or to someone who I knew would sell to a minor. I could definitely see the scare tactic a company might take in order to prevent even something small from happening.

oh and of course you could still face federal charges regardless, if it was actually the feds in there... wouldn't matter if it was all legal then at all...

I have a 25yr and older limit, unless your a cancer patient. Then with your parents consent, I'll do what ever I can for that person no matter what age. I currently have a cancer patient, and she gets what ever she wants for free. I haven't taken so much as a dollar from this lady in 3 yrs. My way of paying it forward.
