Thanks for the tip!dont start with anything smaller than a 50, your fish will get stressed and the best thing about setting up a reef tank is having space to put coral and watch them grow and try to make the most unique underwater scene, amazing when set up correctly.
Silicone might be able to fix it. depends on the size.and it just might need to be replced, think about how much water is in a 110 gallon,Thanks for the tip!
I have a friend that's willing to sell me his 55 gallon tank with filter, light, and stand for under $100. I might just get that, then.I just happen to have a spare 5 gallon and spare 10 gallon that I'm not using at the moment and wanted to do something with them.
We also picked up a 110 gallon for $40, but the bottom is cracked. We're planning on setting that up for our Savannah Monitor here soon. That should be good for about 6 months. LoL So if anyone knows how to repair a tank that's cracked let me know. I'm thinking I'll have to replace the whole bottom piece if I want to use it for fish later. Which sucks because it's half-inch glass. LoL
i want to keep him, he is so cute. i would love to have 2 or 3 of them in a little tank. such a funny little creature![]()

And was wondering if anyone else has tried this or is currently doing so.
If so. what would a beginner need to get started in this journey?
I know I dont have any supplies for it right now.
I would like to know everything that is needed. but I dont wanna do anything super advanced.
It seems very exciting to see it grow.
And im always up too learn something new![]()
Oh, I was looking at spending 2k+ But im not gunna do it all at once,THIS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE HOBBY.
