Growing Cannabis in an Illegal State- and protecting yourself (Bare arms AND Rights)

I have recently noticed my new neighbors... I wont write a novel but..

This house next to us has a history of flooding, it is unlivable. period.

A foreclosed property, that I believe is being used for heavier drug production than what myself care to partake in.

They recently decided they could come onto my property, WELL within 25 ft in to my actual fucking property.. and moved my sump pit line, flooding my septic.

I decided to question these assholes, and before I made it to the door, 3 men stepped outside to make sure that I did not see what was behind that door.

They are doing away with Lifetime Carrying Permits- I am getting mine.

I wanted to know:

-What could I be charged with if I were to be shut down? With arms in my name, on my property. And without.

Notes:

I am a small time grower, self sufficient and that's all I need. I do not care to indulge in the black market any more than I have to.
Illegal state
Max cap: 12 clones, 4-6 plants at all times. again, max.

I would think a simple complaint to the authorities about them 'adjusting' your sewer to your septic, (perhaps along with some video if you could catch them doing it again) would be sufficient to get a knock at their door that a few thugs would not deter, and subsequently all of them would be removed.
Regardless, if the house is condemned, it is only a matter of time before the financial institution forecloses on it, and sends somebody in to clean the place out and rebuild it to resell.

Thank you for the input guys, I made it very clear to all of them that they were not to come on my property at any point, whatsoever.

I watched them leave quite briskly after the confrontation, and they inspected the entire east side of their house, the side facing me. and TRIPLE checked their truck door was locked down. (spray painted graffiti white moving truck...)

Mind you I am in a small town, not a lot of trouble, and the NICE side at that!

That house WAS foreclosed on, the previous owner was all around nice and partied as well but wasnt going to pay to have the flood damage fixed again (after 15,000 dollars in repairs the first time)

These guys came in on a cheap, perfect location on the outskirts of town, away from police traffic.

Ive always told myself "it was just meant to be" when I found this property, because of these characteristics

I am more curious of the "what if's," consequences, and differences between circumstances as to me getting busted- if I decide to take photos to the sheriffs office when I do my Lifetime Permit.

Catch my drift?

I dont want to draw a crowd out here... but want it handled. I am just curious and want to cover my ass before I act.

If you're doing the finger pointing and no one knows what you're up to then it shouldn't be a worry. When you make a police report they don't just come by your place with a warrant bongsmilie

Also be aware that, though you are self-sufficient and do not foray into the black market, if the police do find out about your operation you will be charged with manufacture/intent to distribute. The firearms coupled with drugs is a federal offense but judging by your description you are small potatoes and the federal court system is clogged up more than your septic line, so not a lot to worry about federally and like Orlando said they will not come by your place to inspect you. But they can come on to your property particularly as a part of evidence gathering, so make sure your shit is on lock down. Also, my main concern is if they have a sizable operation and the obvious muscle that you seem to be describing, they may take it personally, your ratting on them and all, and try to dispense their own brand of justice. Also, if say one of them breaks into your house and you shoot him, your house is now a crime scene. Therefore, I re-iterate, make sure your personal hobby is well concealed in the terms of all five senses. Good luck, it sucks living next door to a large scale drug operation. I had to live a few months next to people cooking meth and this was in a city no less.

Yea, I feel you. I live in a bad neighborhood. But in a good house, two floors also so I'm not worried about choppers at all. I have a 5 ft cabinet that's gonna be operational in a few weeks and I have neighbors across the street that's being watched by the cops right now. Some guy got arrested there a couple of weeks ago because he was selling drugs on the porch. Being very obvious they just sit on the porch all day. We know the cops are watching them because they came to my house once because my roomate just got a new car and it had no tags. The cops thought the neighbors across the street stole it. There were like two instances in the last year when they were shooting guns over there. No one got shot but the cops were called. So needless to say the area is a little hot, but we keep our noses and associate with no one in the area so they aren't looking at us at all. I'm going to have 3 plants growing max for personal use between me and my roommates. Sometimes these assholes hover across the street and hang out around me house which I don't like. They sit on the wall along side my house, and I don't want them anywhere near my house especially since they are being watched. We have no guns in the house, I want to get a shotgun when I can. Right now I have 150lb pull crossbow that I plan to use for a home invasion. My setup is small enough to pull apart in 10 minutes but I'd hate to have a large plant in there if anything did happen. Right now I just let them know that I don't want them on my property (assertively) and to avoid tension. Try not to be aggressive but let them know to stay off your property. You stay off there's and stay as far away from them as possible.
