Growing Autos for Seeds

I will be getting several seeds hopefully. But I only ordered autos and only 1 of each type. Stupid me. And I just found out they can't be cloned (or not worth the effort).

So what can I do to produce more seeds from only 1 seed of a single strain?

I read about stressing out a feminized auto to turn it hermie. And then to save that pollen and pollinate another female with the hermie's pollen. The problem is I will only have 1 of each type, so it will have to cross/hybridize with another strain I have.

Is there a good chance it can, instead, self-pollinate and produce viable seeds? Or will it be too late for the female flowers (by the time the males are produced) to self-pollinate itself?

When I want seeds from my autos, I select a healthy male, collect pollin and selectively pollinate buds of a healthy fem...I've not tried any hermie stuff....just buy regs of autos and do it the old fashion way....I just got 40 seeds from a selectively pollinated auto assassin....still growing lowlifes out of seeds I acquired te same way...much cheaper than buying'em....
