Im toying with the idea of growing 5 feminzed auto-ak47 in 3 galllon smartpots while at the same time vegging 4 other plants.
Grow Room Setup:
4x4 Sunhut - about 8 ft. tall. extra room for heat dissapation (at least thats what the hydro guy said)
1000 watt light - aircooled reflector w/ dimable electronic ballast - using a watt meter - set to a 600 watt equivalent. ill turn it up all the way during flowering.
6inch vortec fan extracting hot air from the open light ballast.

I want to use a Sunmaster MH bulb @ 20/4 untill I harvest the auto-ak47 then switch to HPS. I want that uvb ray. I might supplement with some CFLs if the bitches start to stretch too much.
If I veg 4 barney's blue cheese plants for about 2 months. Would they overgrow my tent? Im not gonna use scrog, Im prob just gonna fim 'em and top 'em. Or should i use some other strain that could take advantage of a 10 week veg period and still be a short plant.
how should I arrange the pots to best utilize the lightfoot print? Autoflowers in the center to receive the most light?
oh, if u couldn't tell im a total noob and this is my first post. I've caught a bug and am totally obsessed with the art and science of growing dank. This will be my first grow and i am prepared to fuck it up but i think as long as the vegging plants dont overcrowd the sea of green autos everything will be fine.
