Growing as a Renter

I wouldn't run an operation this large in a rental property. I wonder if they received notice the house was going up for auction?

No way. I grow in a rental, but it's just a small room at in the back that locks. I could tear it all down in less than 24 hours, and my landlords give at least 2 days notice. They got sloppy with the odor control, gotta keep yo shit tight, people...

I grow in a rental also. I would never grow 600 plants in a rental though. Fuck that. How would you move that much shit if someone came over? I recently had to tear down my upstairs op. Had the perfect sized room like 6x6 ft. Had like 13 plants growing then got a call from a real estate worker.......? Like, her someone coming over to look at the house. They tried to come over that same day like "if you're not there it's cool we have a key". Wtf!? I told I was working a double and I happen to a German Rottweiler that's almost 100 pounds now and a pit-bull. Other than helping me get laid every once in a while these are the when they pay me back for feeding them. So they came the next morning at 9 o'clock. Had to stack my plants on top of each other in my ~2.5x1.5 ft veg cabinet. I also had like 6 plants in there too. Had to do that like 5 times in 6 weeks. Used to have a cool landlord who never came over (not once in 5 years) then he dies of a heart attack (r.i.p Joe) and his wife gets the house and sells it. Now i rent to some douchebag company. But they are doing a lot of work on the house so that's cool. Now I just grow in 2 separate cabinets.

Long story short, never grow what you can't move in a pinch.
