Growing and seedling doesn't appear to be doing too well.

Hey everyone. This is my first grow and this seems to be taking forever to grow (on my second week now) and seems to be showing a lot of weakness.

Anyway. Here is my setup and so forth and what I have been doing:

1. Hempy Setup w/ 100% perlite in a 18 gallon bucket (plan on growing up to 6 in this bucket later)
2. Right now on the plant. 2x40W 5k, 1x40w 2.7k, 1x105W 2.7k CFLs
3. Water PH given between 6 and 6.5. Use distilled water so PPM very low.
4. Only yesterday have I started to add a very light lucas formula mixture (1/5 normal strength)
5. Water every day in the morning and then in the evening about a half of a plastic party cups worth (now in the hempy). Before I soaked the bottom half of the rockwool cube in the cup for a few seconds at the same intervals.
6. Have a fan running in the background.
7. Air temp where the plant is is around 75-78F
8. lights are now on a 18/6 schedule however up until yesterday were on 24 hours.

Anyway. My stem is very weak and it's drooping to the point where it will just lay on the ground. I can see the leaves developing and they look green as ever and the stem started turning dark at the top but it's just falling over.

Did I overwater, underwater, not put enough nuits, start too early? Also mind you, the stem was never strong since it sprouted, always was laying down.

looks OK to me, you only need one bulb right up close (about an inch), sideways . The 5000 K bulbs are not any good, you want 6500 K then watch that sucker grow. Growth is painfully slow the first 10 days or so.
Make some reflectors for your bulbs most of your light is going nowhere.

Ok, sounds good I will try to order some of those tonight. My rig and the space I have isn't the best. Trying to find another solution which should hopefully include some reflectors.

But is my watering intervals good and so forth?

it will be just fine, only reason for 6500k is because it imitates day light in a way, so it promotes faster and stronger growth

man ,what the hell am i looking at ,a green dot? its gone ,start again except this time take care in germination .no stress.
