Growing and Flowering with CFL Lights

After 1 year of trial and error with CFL's I think I have figured it out. Now before you ask why not use an MH and HPS? Where I live i cannot find them.

My grow setup consist of a 2 partition box. Top section is the clone/veg room. It consists of 5 100W CFL in cool white color. My plants grow extremely fast in this set up and in about a month I monve them down to the main box for about another 4-8 weeks of growing.

In the bottom box is the veg/flowering box.
It consist of
8 x 18W 24" flourotubes (1350 lumens x 8)
10 x 100w CFL in custom fixtures holding 5 lights each. (1300 lumens x 10)Total lumen output is about 24,000. Or equal to about 275 watts of HPS.

The strain I am growing is some kind of KUSH strain. Really stinky and sticky and I dont expect more than 1-1.5 ounce per plant. I am still fine tuning my setup...I am using potato chip bags cleaned and turned inside out...(like mylar) Is plain flat white paint better? For the next flowering I'm going to add another CFL fixture with 5 more lights. Going to see If I can increase the yield with more lumens.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!

From what I've read, you've explained in great detail on how you've setup your lights and potato chip bags.

I didn't read anything about ventilation.
Like an intake and an exhaust.
Excellent air flow is just as important as excellent lighting and excellent nutrient.
