I've purchased from them twice...terrible customer service( dude will not respond to an email). When I brought it up here, I was told I should've called( which is bs). I did recieve my light and in a timely manner, once it shipped. If I had other options I would definately use another company, but they have the best price on the HLG 600.
I recieved an email from (Kurt) @ growers lights in Austin tx for a hlg 600. The email or webpage didn't elude to having a lead time for pre-assembly. It wasn't until 1 day after I placed my order that they emailed stating that they're would be a 7-9 day lead time. Each verbal response has given me a false ship date, I've yet to receive any text or email for shipping or tracking number for my $761.00 purchase. I'll update everyone, but proceed with caution when considering any transactions with growers lights.

Yes, I recieved the lights. I wanted to retract my post but not sure how. The lights are exactly what I wanted, the plants for veg and flowering love them. I ordered a 3k light fully assembled and the 4k light assembly as a kit. I supplied my own potentiometer and mirrored the 3k light for assembly. The full spectrum is by far more efficient and produces less heat than my CMH lights. Gaining more height for taller plants is also an added bonus. Recently harvested 4oz from a single "Strawberry Cough" plant and nearly 10oz from an auto dwarf plant "Critical Purple".

I had a problem with their website saying Free shipping. Then after placing the order I got a separate email asking for postage (which was quiet high). I ended up getting my money back.

One day after my order was placed I received the “sorry for the inconvenience, but...ect. 2-3 weeks wait on assembled units) I called to verify he was that busy. He took my call on the first attempt. Refunded my assembly charge right there on the phone. Shipped out my product the next day. He did say it might take 2-3 days to ship, but got it out next day. Delivered a couple days later Un assembled but have since completed it myself and don’t have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery.
Good dude, he’s just busy, and I’m happy he is.
