Any one familiar with this line of inline from HTG Supply?

Lookin for the same thing everyone else is in a fan.....dependable,quiet and holding true to it's stated cfm rating.Thanks for any help.

I bought the 4"inline fan & filter combo 170cfm with a speed control switch.Very nice fan.But even on medium speed it could use a muffler.Other than that?Great deal for 8X8 op & worth every cent.

Hey there Folly......thanks for the response.How big of an area are you using it on,an 8x8 as ya posted?And so these fans are speed controlable???Sweet.

I'm in a 6X8 room running it on medium setting through the speed control.It clean's the air perfectly. The fan can be heard if you listen real hard? I ran the duct work/exhaust into the garage through the ceiling installing a decorative vent cover.So it provide's some heat & look's like a regular part of the heating system.This IMO is the best deal out there for the money.With the speed control & combo kit.It set me back $150 + shipping.Still it's a good deal & work's like a charm.Happy Farming

Thank's.The LA woman is a freebie from attitude.I have yet to try this strain.If it smoke's like it smell's?It should be mind blowing.Had 5 dp blueberry going until all hung their nut's out,lol.But thank's for the complement on the pix.The bubblicious album was my first real grow.By the way,I just got the 4"duct booster fan from HTG.Very quiet & work's with speed control too.

I'm hoping that the same setup (or close to it)that you have as far as fan and filter give me what i want.i will also be using the fan hooked up to a 600 air cooled hood.But my space is smaller than yours,7x4x8,which i also hooked up my central heat an air con.So hoping all works well.And like ya said....for $150 ya can't complain.Got 2 4 inch boosters and 1 6 inch that i have gotten over the past few months......but mine sound so-so.How does your speed controler sound?Curious cause i've heard they hum and shit.Peace

Good fan for the price...I was suprised how big the 6 in fan was but im growing in a tent...And I dont get any humming from the speed controller

Any one else out there that has used these fans????????????????????

Would like to know how long they hold up.

Thanks Lizard.........you speakin of the 424 cfm?Was lookin at that also with the tallboy scrubber.But Follys room is a bit bigger than mine and his 170 is workin pretty good.Good news on the controler.What brand is it?

Sorry Dankster for not responding faster.(long weekend) I run a 600 on a lightrail.The speed controller is a "Speedster brand"Yes they hum a little.But tweeking the dial take's care of that.Hope this helped?

Sorry about the absence, life happens A friend who just started their journey with farming on a small personnel scope is as happy as I was.
