You really need a new light dude. I think you need to raise your lights too. Those plants look awful and have no frost or nothing really. Hang in there. You'll get it together

which light you recommend?

I use hps , cobs , and a qb and honestly I think hps is still where it's at. If I could only own 1 light it would surely be hps
