Grow Tent!!!

Yo yo foolio's!!!
Well ladies and gents I got my G Tent through and F*ck me its stands out like a mofo!! Its 1mx1mx2m! I thought i would be able to get away with it looking like a self constructed Wardrobe but it looks too BIG! Anyway too my question ive been told the one size down from this is not suitable for growing its .6x.6x1.4m it only suitable for propgation?!?! and i could only stick a 125w light in there? is this geezer having me on? Ive seen stealth abinets smaller than that!! Anyone using a small grow tent?

ok! so what no one else uses a grow tent?

I am using a Clonebox from Homebox. Its approx 4' wide x 4' tall by 2' deep. I have a 400 watt hps in it. It still stands out but its the smallest tent I could find that would have enough room for a decent light, fan and filter. I will be starting a journal soon with pics.

hmmm! thats like 1.2x .6 x 1.2! Thats sounds pretty cush! You reckon its gonna get pretty hot in there? you got a filter too or just a fan?

With the light running it gets up to 81 in the box. I just leave my ac running when the light is on and it keeps the temps under control. Yeah I have a 300 cfm fan connected to the filter pushing air through a cool tube and out of the box. The fan pulls through the filter. I have a S&P TD-150 fan and a 6X12 carbon scrubber from foothill filters.

im using a 4'x4'x7' grow hut as well as a 3'x3'x6' closet...

... i use 1000w dual-arc hybrids and i have 250cfm fans goin in closet and in hut.. temps around 80-83F with lights on.

Sucks, u have to fine tune and diel in into your venting.

I have a 4x4x7 sunhut with a 600watt hps attached to a 245 cfm fan and scrubber.
The hottest it gets is 79 and this is now and without using ac. U probably have too many elbows in ur ducting.

does anyone know if anyone makes a grow tent that's 7' long but only 6' high?

my tent is 4.5'x4.5'x7' and with a 400w hps it still gets warm enough for me to put a 8,000 btu AC in there.

my opinion is yeah, you can grow in a smaller space- just consider another lighting method, or the possibility of putting an AC in the dang thing! hope that helps.

Yep, you do!

I disagree.Just finished a Auto Hk grow in a 2x2x3 box.2 plants around 13 inches tall and got 71.8 grams(Around 2 1/2 ounces)Not to bad if you ask me.Just got a Dr60 to grow in next.
